What exactly is the Diagnostic?
A 30-minute working call. We open your LinkedIn, your most recent activity, and any positioning copy you've used in outreach. We record a tear-down Loom and write a 90-day repositioning plan. The plan is yours whether you book the Build or not — that's the point of charging for the Diagnostic instead of giving it away.
Why $149 for what looks like a free discovery call elsewhere?
Because a free call is a sales call. A paid Diagnostic is a working session. Charging $149 also filters out the people who are not buying — both of us save a week and avoid an expensive mismatch.
Why "fractional only" — won't you make more money taking everyone?
Short term, yes. Long term, no. Coaches need a different category, transition candidates need a different ladder, and full-time hires are not the buyer of an authority architecture. Mixing those into the case study library would dilute the proof set the next fractional COO needs to see when they land on this page.
How is this different from an executive-comms agency?
An agency sells you a $8K–$25K retainer for ongoing content production. We sell you the architecture once and a 60-day measurement protocol. After Day 60 you renew on data or you don't. There's no contract that bills you for the relationship rather than the result.
What if my Diagnostic shows you can't help me?
You keep the 90-day plan. We both move on. The Diagnostic is non-refundable because the work — the tear-down, the plan, the honest read — happened. If we both think the Build makes sense, your $149 is credited against it.
How do you measure the 60-day outcome?
Four metrics: discovery calls booked, retainers landed, profile-view delta, and inbound message quality. We baseline at Day 0, instrument at Day 7, and review at Day 30 and Day 60. The dashboard is yours.
Do I need to start posting on LinkedIn?
No. The Build includes a 12-week content cadence and three drafted pieces, but the architecture is designed to work for quiet operators too — the Featured section, the About, and the authority site carry the weight. Several of the strongest fractional brands post almost nothing.
Who delivers the work?
